SOME OF MY WORK
Throughout time, I have been advising people during their entrepreneurship as well as business owners to improve structures and systems already established. Even though most of my work has been directed toward administration, human resources, and finance departments, hidden problems always pop up. Therefore, I have ended up involved in helping to improve other aspects of the businesses. Here, some of my work can be appreciated.

BOOKKEEPING
Bookkeeping is essential for maintaining the financial health of any business. By keeping records updated and tracking every transaction monthly, businesses can ensure accurate financial reporting, which is crucial for making informed decisions, managing cash flow, and meeting tax obligations. Consistent bookkeeping provides a clear view of financial performance, helps identify potential issues early, and supports long-term growth by keeping the business financially organized and compliant.
STAFF TRAINING
As a finance director, I have been required to train personnel to be in the administration, human resources, and finance departments. If the company put efforts into transferring the knowledge about its processes, principles, and values to someone who is onboarding directly from someone who knows how the business works internally, that will make the company save money since that action will avoid future operative mistakes.


COMPANY CREATION
Vibras Healthy Spot: Two entrepreneur women, an amazing idea, and very good recipes. They lacked work capital and time, so their project took three years to be developed. My contribution was guiding them in the company creation. Furthermore, I gave them some advice about how to register the member's contributions and expenses accrued during the remodeling and the start-up process in order for them to apply the right tax return deductions. Today, they are already open and invoicing $2,000.00 + a day.
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
My car had severe scratches on the windshield and someone recommended calling this company. As soon as they finished the job, I asked them for a website to recommend them, and they said, "We don't have a website" I told them, "You are losing tons of money, did you know that?" They acceded to creating a website through a third party, and of course, their agenda blew up. Today, even if a business doesn't sell online, a digital presence is almost mandatory to succeed.


SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION
Currently, as a business, having a presence and active interaction on social media is indispensable. Even if the business strengths are not related to social media and the internet, having a business with no digital presence is as if it doesn't exist. I helped this company to integrate its social media with its website and to develop its digital advertising platform so managers can target better their clients through the use of powerful tools that they didn't know.
